Your choice, for the whole project at once: the new furniture families carry a Masking Region and their own dimensions. Keep them, or switch either off in Global Parameters and every family in the project follows.
Presentation sheets run from A4 to A0, working sheets from A3 to A0. The title block keeps its size and its corner on every format — so the size of the sheet is a late decision, not an early one.
